1.Let the loan amount ₹ x.

8190 =(x × 6 × 1)/100 + (x × 7.5 × 1)/100 +( x × 9×1)/100

Or, 22.5x/100 = 8190

X= 36400.

4. Let the length of train is x metre.

Speed of train/20 = (x + 100)/30

3x = 2x + 200

X = 200

5. The word AWARE consists of 5 letters in which letter A comes twice.

Number of arrangements = 5! / 2! =(5 x 4x 3x 2x 1)/(2 x 1) = 60

6. Let Radha’s present age x years.

x = 2 (x – 12) – 3

x = 2x – 24 -3

x = 27

Raj’s present age = 4/9 x 27

= 12 years

Raj’s age after 5 years = (12 + 5)

= 17 years
