Documentary  on Indian Olympic medal winners

Government won channel Doordarshan Sports is planning to make documentary on Indian famous Olympians ,some of them are Olympic medal winners . These olympians are PV Sindhu , Leander Paes,  PT Usha , Dhyan Chand , MC Marry Com and Karnam  Malleswari . Rs 12 crore has been allocated for the auspicious   projects.

Aadhaar  mandatory for MGREGS From April 1,2017

The Government  has notified that AADHAR card is mandatory to avail services under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme  from April 1, 2017 . AADHAR less MGNREGA job card holders are advised to get AADHAR card immediately.

Dangal  become highest grossing Hindi film of all time.

“Dangal ”  movie of superstar Amir Khan has become the highest grossing Hindi film of all time with box office earning of over Rs 350 Crore in India . Amir Khan’s movie “PK” also earned more than Rs 300 crore..

India  and Portugal  signed defence  deal

India and Portugal on Saturday signed seven  pacts . These pacts covers  defence sector ,security sector  IT sector and renewable energy sector.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi  and Portuguese PM Antonio Costa  has stressed for more cooperation in future.

There are reports that Vietnam is planning to buy surface to air missile system  AKASH which is ingeniously built by India.

External Affairs Ministry  launches Twitter Seva services

External Affairs Ministry , Government of India launches Twitter Seva services to help Indian nationals in India and abroad. All the Indian embassy will be connected to  Twitter Seva services. External Affairs minister Smt Sushma Swaraj has already helped several people following their prayer for help through Twitter.

Natarajan Chandrasekaran is selected Executive Chairman of Tata sons.He has been working as CEO of TCS since 2009. Rajesh Gopinathan will replace him as new TCS CEO.
